The hotel staff is very nice and humble, we asked for an extra bed as we are 3 adults. The service is very nice

In bath room no flush is working, used water no drainng properly, ac is not working in super deluxe room

The rooms are good and the attitude if the reception staff are good. The corridor stinks. Restaurant is bad, the plates are small and if you take more than a plate the lady would shout at you saying "who will wash the plates if you take more than one. If you go with a child and you need to pay for the food of the child though the voucher says complementary food for the child. Overall an ok-ok experience

Staying was very very bad experience. Very dirty room, washroom. It's look like lodge room and washroom. Lift not working i have to take staircase for going 4th floor room.

Mine was a super deluxe room. Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast needs improvement as it had very little variety and taste was not good. Overall except breakfast it was a good stay.

Room size is good, other than this all worst. Restaurant is dirty no one. Only photos is good

As per the cost for one night, breakfast is not worth. There is no proper arrangement for breakfast,

3rd class staff 3rd class service .taken charges too much high and service is not up to the mark…please never stay there with family
